Certain remote areas and offshore locations will take longer than one day and be delivered in normal working hours between 8am - 8pm. Deliveries to Northern Ireland can take up to 2 working days longer. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands (including Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man and Scottish Islands) may take 2-3 working days longer. Deliveries to the Channel Islands and The Isle of Wight can take 1-2 working days longer. This can be longer if an item is held at customs.
Couriers will require a signature to ensure safe receipt of your goods. If you are not available to collect and sign on the courier’s first visit they may leave it with a neighbour, or in a safe place (i.e. hidden from sight and protected from the rain). A calling card will be posted through your door to let you know this has been done. If there is no safe place a calling card will be left with the courier’s contact number to arrange re-delivery. Our couriers typically deliver Monday to Friday, 8am - 8pm.
The couriers will attempt re-delivery up to a maximum of three (3) times and if delivery is not successful after the third attempt they will return the goods to us and we will issue a refund. We reserve the right to re-charge the delivery cost for re-delivery.
Split delivery:
We may split delivery of your order into several parts based on stock availability. You will not be charged extra for this facility. We will send you two dispatch confirmation e-mails to advise you of which items have been dispatched in each parcel.
Delivery offers:
Free delivery offers, when available, only apply to UK Mainland. Free delivery offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount code.
International Delivery
We now deliver to Europe, USA and Canada. If you can't find the country you live in on the drop down at the checkout page when selecting the country of delivery, it unfortunately means that we do not deliver to where you live you right now. We are adding new delivery destinations all the time so make sure you check back soon.

Returns
In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or the item is not to your taste, you can simply return them to us within 14 days of the date shown on your dispatch note in their original, saleable condition.
Please note when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume/aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original condition with the relevant documentation within the time-scales specified above.
You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. This applies to all goods that are returned.
How to make a return
If you wish to return a item, you must notify us of your intention to do so before returning the item. You must notify us via the online returns procedure, as set out below.
- Log onto My Account and click 'Completed Orders'.
- Select the relevant order and click 'Return item(s)'.
- Select all the items to be returned.
- Choose a reason for return, return action and write comments (if any).
Once you have notified us that you wish to return item/items, you must return the item/items to us.

Refunds
If a refund is payable to you we will refund the amount due to you as soon as possible, and, in any case, within thirty (30) days of the day you have given notice of cancellation. We will refund the price of the Product in full, excluding a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you.
If you return the Product for any other reason, for example you claim that the Product is defective or is not what you ordered, we will examine the returned Product and will notify you of any refund you are entitled to via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. Provided that the Product is defective or you have returned the Product within the 14 day returns period, We will refund the amount paid by you for the Product as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirm to you via e-mail that you are entitled to a refund for the Product. Products returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you providing there is only the item in the order. If there is more than the defective item in the same order, the delivery charge will not be refunded.
Returns are your responsibility as we do not offer a pre-paid returns service, and so we recommend you send back items via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or a similar trackable method. In the event that we do not receive the returned goods, we will ask you to provide the certificate of posting from the Post Office as proof of postage. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide the certificate of posting. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
