HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?

  • Select the size & colour you require and click ADD TO SHOPPING BAG.
  • Continue shopping and add items to your shopping bag or go to CHECKOUT.
  • Review the products in your shopping bag and then enter your shipping and payment details.
  • Once you are ready to proceed, click MAKE PAYMENT.
  • We'll send you an order confirmation email detailing your purchases.

DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

    We recommend you to create an account in order to shop. Your account will enable you to:
  • Receive and send messages to Madam Rage about your order. When a message is sent regarding one of your orders, you will receive an email notification.
  • See the status of every order you've placed at Madam Rage, including whether it has been shipped, and if so an optional tracking number.
  • See all completed orders you've placed at Madam Rage. You can also print invoices from this page.
  • Add, edit and remove shipping and billing destinations from your address book.
  • Add, edit and remove wish lists, see items in your wish lists and optionally add each item to your shopping cart for purchase.
  • See a list of items you've recently viewed at Madam Rage.

HOW DO I OPEN AN ACCOUNT?

    To open account you need to register your details on our website. Click the Register button on the top of the Madam Rage Homepage and click to register your details.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT AND IS MY PAYMENT SECURE?

    Madam Rage accepts Visa debit, electron, delta, MasterCard and UK Maestro. All transactions on this website are processed using Sage Pay, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. You can also pay with PayPal.

CAN I CANCEL THE ORDER AFTER IT IS PLACED?

      While there is no option for the customer to cancel the order on their own once the payment is made, you can get in touch with
Customer Services
    as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund your amount.

CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER AFTER PLACING IT?

      We understand that in cases, you may want to alter the ordered size or colour option of a product in your placed order. You may even require having your shipping address updated. These changes are allowed till we have begun processing your order. For such requests, please get in touch with

    immediately.

MY MONEY HAS LEFT MY ACCOUNT BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED AN ORDER CONFIRMATION, IS THERE A PROBLEM?

    We automatically send an order confirmation once an order reaches our system, if you do not receive one this may indicate a problem with your order. Please call customer services at 01977 551907, as soon as possible with your name, payment method, date/time of purchase and amount paid. Our advisors will identify any problems and resolve any issues if necessary.
